My mom wanted to try out this private kitchen for awhile; but I rejected a few times because I think it’s too expensive. $538/6 courses…what do you think? Anyways, this private kitchen’s information cannot be found on openrice.com because they don’t consider themselves as a restaurant. (Not going to reveal too much here because when you are there, one of the owners will come over to your table and share their story. So, one of the owners sent me the menu for the night and I was … HUH what is that? (look below) Anyways, all the dishes are prepared with heart and effort by Chef Paul. Even thought the dinner was a bit long, but it’s all worth it. I never expect Shanghaiese x French fusion dishes can be this interesting. I had a great night.
